Continuous Improvement: Drive the adoption of best practices within the teams, encouraging iterative improvements and fostering a culture of feedback and learning. Core Value: Live a Lifestyle of Learning
Client Success: Ensure that products being developed for clients exceed expectations and deliver impactful business value.
Agile Expert: Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies while helping to uphold and refine Scrum practices across the organization.
What We're Looking For:
3-7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, managing software development projects in an agile environment.
Proven success managing multiple products simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience working with both internal and client-facing products, balancing innovation with business needs.
Strong understanding of Scrum and other agile methodologies, including experience mentoring teams on these practices.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex technical issues and making decisions quickly.
Demonstrated leadership in guiding and developing other product owners, scrum masters, and development teams.
Ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into well-defined user stories and product roadmaps.
Technical fluency—you don’t have to code, but you should be comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and integrations.
Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello) and product management tools (e.g., Aptio TargetProcess).
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certifications are a requirement; however, if you commit to getting one within the first 30 days of your employment, we will accept that!
