Responsibilities

Responsible for the delivery of projects of all sizes
Responsible for project discovery and estimation on projects of all sizes
Major contributor to technical decisions (requirements analysis, detailed design, specification, user stories, etc.)

Demonstrate acceptable programming skills in web applications using .NET and React frameworks
Demonstrate ability to elicit requirements and provide constructive consultation at all stages of development
Minimal supervision of project work and responsibilities.
Mentor to Associate Software Developers and Software Developers
Be an innovator in introducing new technology and processes to be used by our teams
Taking direction on all assigned projects
Delegating tasks and guiding other members of the team
Deliver projects on time and within budget
